We had a lovely stay, the hosts are just the kindest, breakfasts were the highlight and the terrace has brilliant views. It is very centrally located which means it gets quite loud until very late hours due to neighbouring bars and clubs. Rooms are tiny and the bed was very squeaky

Best bed and breakfast in Kaş. Very central location, many beaches within walking distance. The port for daily boat trips and for ferries to Meis is just down the street. For those complaining about loud music around the hotel, night time music is loud all around Kaş, so if you don't like that don't come to Kaş at all. For the owners of this place I cant say enough, they are very attentive to your needs, answer your questions with very in depth details. Breakfast is the best bed and breakfast you'll find anywhere, complete with made to order eggs and homemade jams and pastries every day. Rooms are cleaned often, and if you prefer on your own schedule. No request is left unanswered. Loved this place, we'll definetely come back here if we're ever in Kaş again👍

Kuytu Terrace in Kas is a hidden gem that instantly makes you feel at home. Oylum and Onur, the hosts, are absolutely delightful and provided us with a fantastic list of recommended restaurants and beaches upon our arrival. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The breakfast at Kuytu Terrace is nothing short of spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the homemade food - maybe a little too much! The location of Kuytu Terrace is fantastic. With a great rooftop terrace and just a short walk to the waterfront, it offers breathtaking views and easy access to the vibrant heart of Kas. Being centrally located, it's convenient to explore the town's attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms at Kuytu Terrace are lovely, cozy retreats that make you feel right at home. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing experience. We’ll be back!

Excellent breakfasts from a terrace overlooking the entire city. Lovely and hospitable couple running the place, putting lots of heart and love into it. Downsides are tiny rooms, bathroom doors that don’t properly close and some windows facing nightclubs that jam extra loud music till 2 am. This means you have to close windows and use aircon all night long, which actually made sick after couple of days.

What a find! The location is superb, as it the view from the terrace. Breakfast is delicious and plenty, and the couple running the place is super helpful and warm-hearted. There's a lot of attention to detail in everything, including the decor. Definitely one of the best places we stayed at in Turkey!

Kuytu Terrace is an amazing family hotel located at the heart of the old city of Kas. The hosts are very interesting people who can give you a hint of the best places in the area. The breakfast was by far the best Turkish breakfast we have had here for 6 months of travelling Turkey. The harbour view from the roof terrance is a cherry on top of the pie. Totally recommend!

Kuytu is one of my favorite travel stays I’ve ever had. Onur and Oylum are attentive and caring, and have a fabulous eye for design and photography — not to mention a gift with food. The stay was rustic, aesthetic, and overall fantastic and our hosts were generous with helpful tips for the area. My wife and I loved it and won’t stay anywhere else in Kas!
